Missing templates

Vandalism
Hi there. I see you blocked user NEGUMA for vandalism. I was trying to undo some of it, and I can't fix the timeline pages because I guess some of the links are blacklisted? I was just trying to undo and it told me that. Maybe you as an admin can override whatever is blocking that. I'll try to fix the other pages they messed up in the meantime. Thanks.
