The goal of the mailing campaign is to persuade politicians to condemn Gawker and Nick Denton, with the intent of promoting social and commercial ostracism. The mailings will present evidence of Gawker's anti-social conduct such as automated Mein Kampf spamming, because politicians generally find it easy to attack low-hanging fruit like pseudo-Nazism. The campaign was originally proposed by Matthew Hopkins of [[Matthew Hopkins News]] in a Reddit post although he has left it as an open campaign for the collective rather than sought to run it himself.</onlyinclude>

==Participation==
The original proposal was to mail three prominent British politicians, the rationale being that the UK elections are soon. Condemning Nazis is potentially vote winning whilst silence is risky because we could always accuse people of tacitly condoning Nazism. The broader plan now is to include all the pro-Israel politicians we can.

Additional mailing targets: anti-hatespeech & and Jewish advocacy groups such as the Anti Defamation League, the Southern Poverty Law Center, etc.

Please email the politicians below and also add any others you feel may be sympathetic strong pro-Israel, anti-anti-semites.

Public email Grant@shapps.com , Chief of Staff is Paul.Abbott@Conservatives.com . The Jewish Chair of the Conservative Party would doubtless not be a natural defender of Gawker's Mein Kampf antics. As a Conservative he would not wish to risk people feeling he is insenstive to the pain they feel at Gawker's cruel behaviour.

Grant Shapps has in fact now come out against Gawker in a quote given to Matthew Hopkins News. Public email harmanh@parliament.uk . Labour Harman is the epitome of a leftist, but she will doubtless wish to avoid criticising for not condemning robo-nazis. If not we can always bring it up and perhaps some appalling reminder of her unfortunate views on child protection.
